Please remember all orders are send without tracking.
Your Order will be processed in 2-5 business days. 
If you have any problems with your order, I'm more than happy to help.
Replacements can't be issued, if the items were lost in the mail. 

Damaged Items
If your order arrived damaged, please contact me within 7 day of receiving your items, with photos of the damage or defect.

Delivery estimates
Once your order is at the post office, further shipping time is out of my control. Times may vary depending on where you ordered from. 
Estimated transport time per region:

Domestic (DE): 3 days to 1 week
Europe: 2 to 3 weeks
International: 3 to 10 weeks
