Returns are only available in the EU if you send me the parcel back within 14 days of purchase. The shipping costs will be covered by you and you are fully responsible in case of any mail losses. The return will only be accepted if all items are in good condition without any trace of damage. After I receive the parcel ,and if everything looks great, I will issue your refund for all the items you purchase, in that specific order. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returns are not available outside the EU.
